Our Team
Assisted living referrals and placement assistance are our specialty. We provide FREE personal assistance to families and individuals in the evaluation and placement of seniors or the disabled in finding the community for their needs.

Donna Courtney, RN, CCM, Owner
Donna received her Associates RN Degree from Lane Community College in 1979 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services from the University of Oregon in 1988. She has had the opportunity to be an active member in the health care community in Eugene and throughout the state of Oregon. As an Exceptional Needs Case Manager she worked on the startup of the Oregon Health Plan, serving the Medicare and Medicaid population.
Recently Donna was certified as an Advanced Professional with the Aging Life Care Association, an organization of professional geriatric care managers who guide and advocate for families who care for older relatives or disabled adults.
Donna currently serves as a Commissioner on the Governor’s Commission for Senior Services, a state appointed position that provides input for legislation related to the needs of seniors.

Anna Tucker, RN, BSN, Director of Placements
Anna has worked with seniors most of her life. Her first job at age 16 was as a CNA caregiver at a long-term care community in Kansas, which had a special memory unit. Over the next few years, she continued to work in long-term care communities as a CNA, activities assistant, and volunteer coordinator.
In 2011, Anna began working toward licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), during which time she worked in various service, sales, and support positions. In 2015 she graduated with Honors from the RN program at San Antonio College; in 2016 she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). She has spent several years in the medical field, working in hospitals, doctor's offices, and as a home health nurse.
More recently, Anna's journey brought her full circle to a community she had worked at as a caregiver years ago, this time as the Wellness Director of Nursing in a local memory care community, overseeing 80 care staff in caring for the daily and medical needs of 80 residents. She has been involved in all aspects of senior care, which helps her assess your needs and find the community best suited to you.
